We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 days of payment reflecting in our bank account. Pre-ordered items and custom requests may take up to 7 days to be processed. If you need your items urgently, please contact us on live chat or WhatsApp to confirm the timelines.


All shipping costs are calculated upon checkout, and the shipping duration for Courier Company shipping typically takes 2-3 days. We use The Courier Guy as our preferred courier partner, but in cases where they aren’t available, we use Dawn Wing or Courier IT. If we are in your area, one of our staff members would personally deliver your order.


At the moment, we don’t offer international shipping.


We offer the Pudo Locker system Pick-Up shipping as a more affordable shipping option, powered by The Courier Guy. Here’s how it works: on the Shipping screen at Check-Out, select the Pudo Shipping Option (available from R60 for an extra small parcel). We will automatically ship your package to the nearest Pudo Pick-Up Lockers based on your shipping address. You can also specify your preferred Pudo Pick-Up location by adding it as a shipping note.

You can track your Pudo parcel via this link: If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot. If your parcel is not collected from the Pudo Locker within 36 hours, it will be collected by the courier and returned to us.

If you need to arrange your own collection, please note that the return fee will still need to be paid in full prior to the release of the parcel. Returned parcels will be kept for a maximum period of 60 days, after which they will be disposed of. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on refund costs and fees.


We offer free shipping on all orders with an order value of R1000 or more, and this only applies to orders placed online through our online store. If you receive a damaged or defective item or need to return an item for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide instructions for returning the item and either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
