Shipping

My Sister & i Offers Pudo locker system Pick-Up shipping as a more affordable shipping option powered by The Courier Guy.

How it works?  On the Shipping screen at Check-Out select the Pudo Shipping Option (available from R60 for an extra small parcel). We will then automatically Ship your package to the nearest Pudo Pick-Up Lockers base on your Shipping address.

If you know the name of the Pudo Pick-Up location, you would prefer the items be sent to you can add that as the shipping note and we will send your package to that location.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL:  You can track your PUDO parcel via this link: https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track
PIN CODE:  If you receive a package in one of our lockers, you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick-up.

NOTE:  If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the nearest PUDO Kiosk or Depot.

If your parcel is not collected from the Pudo Locker within 36 hours, it will be collected by the courier and returned to the closest kiosk or depot. The courier will try to contact you to arrange for the collection of your parcel, but if they are unable to do so, the parcel will be returned to My Sister & I. Please note that you will be charged a return fee equal to the original shipping fee, which will be deducted from any refundable amount should you request a refund instead. In the event that we need to reship the parcel, you will have to pay both the return fee and the new shipping cost to release the parcel. Should you wish to arrange your own Collection from us please note the return fee will still need to be paid in full prior to the release of the parcel.

It is important to note that returned parcels will be kept for a maximum period of 60 days, after which they will be disposed of. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on refund costs and fees. Refunds can only be processed once the parcel is back in our possession.

If you're not seeing the door-to-door courier shipping option during checkout, please double-check the following:

  1. If your billing and shipping addresses are the same, please make sure the "Ship to a different address" option is unchecked.
  2. Make sure that you have filled in the suburb, city, province, and country fields.
  3. Double-check your postal code. Please note that the postal code required here is the street code for your city/suburb and not the postbox code. These codes may differ from each other.
  4. If you still don't see the door-to-door shipping options, please contact our support staff and provide them with your shipping address so they can check it and assist you with shipping options.

If you've ordered a product from our ready-to-ship range that doesn't require any personalization or additional printing, we'll ship it within 1 to 3 working days from the order date.

For all other orders, it may take up to 2 to 4 working days from the order date to be printed and shipped. However, we always strive to keep processing times as short as possible.

If you place an order on the weekend, we may process it during the weekend, but it will only ship on Monday or Tuesday depending on the volumes. (Please note that we're usually closed on Saturday and Sunday.)

My Sister & I uses The Courier Guy as our preferred shipping provider. If you live in the Pretoria/Johannesburg area, we'll ship your order as a same-day or overnight flyer whenever possible. However, if your shipment is too large or your address doesn't qualify for these services, we'll use the fastest alternative.

If you live in a main city center outside of Pretoria/Johannesburg and choose economy shipping, your order will ship via road economy with an estimated delivery time of 72 hours (as estimated by the courier company). If you choose overnight shipping, your order will ship via overnight flyer service. However, if your shipment is too large or your address doesn't qualify for these services, we'll use the fastest alternative.

For rural areas, outlying areas, farms, and small towns, we use road economy service and delivery can take 3 to 5 days.

Please note that courier companies only collect parcels Monday to Friday, so orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Although we make every effort to ensure fast delivery from our side, we cannot guarantee the courier companies' services.

Please also note that selecting overnight shipping at checkout doesn't speed up the order processing time; it just guarantees the shipping service that will be used when shipping is booked.

Design Your Own

To make changes to a design that has already been added to your cart you need to:

STEPS FOR A UNSAVED DESIGN IN YOUR CART:
1. Click the View Cart Button on the main Menu or Side Bar.
2. Find the Product in your Cart.
3. Find and Click the re-edit link next to the product you want to re-edit.

STEPS FOR A SAVED DESIGN:
1. You must have saved the design in the customizer before you added it to your cart.
2. Remove the item from your cart and load the saved design from the “design your own” APP.
3. Do your changes and save the design again.  If you are happy with the design click the “add to cart” button.
4.  If you need to make changes, visit your cart and click the RE-EDIT link next to the product you wish to edit.

Select “design your own” from the menu.  Then select “customize” on the image of the type of product that you what.  Select the color and size at the bottom of the screen.  Now you can add text and images to your design.  Make sure that you position the artwork where you want it on the product.  When you are happy with your design, click the “add to cart” button and your order is placed at My Sister & i.

NOTE:  Use the save button (see example of the icon below) on the design screen to SAVE your design for future amendments.

Please upload your design in the best possible quality in one of the following formats. Please note only print-ready designs will be accepted.

  • PDF – unflattened
  • SVG
  • PNG – with transparent background and DPI of at least 300

Please note that Designs and Images sent via WhatsApp are not suitable for printing due the the compression applied to multiple items when sent through WhatsApp. If for some reason you are not able to submit your artwork through the website please email it to support@mysisterandi.co.za using your order number as the subject line.

Stock and Back Orders

We get new stock of our products weekly. In that case, some out-of-stock products will go into a back-order status. This will allow you to still order the product.

Orders with back-order products will experience a short delay in fulfilment while we wait for stock to be made. The average delay will be between 5 to 7 days. Please note that during peak seasons like Christmas, Easter and other gifting holidays the waiting time might be longer.

Please do not order “back-order” products if you need the product urgently, we are unable to guarantee faster turnaround times on back-order items.
