Returns and Refunds Policy
At My Sister and I, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned because of the personalization that makes the product not resellable.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping for size exchanges and non-defective items is for the client’s account.
For defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refunds have a 10% service fee that will be deducted from your invoice amount and shipping fees are non-refundable. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations of Design Requests
Customers requesting the cancellation of a design request after reviewing their mockup designs will incur a design fee of R150.00 per request in the order, in addition to any other applicable fees outlined in this policy.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. However, we may offer returns for sale items with certain conditions (e.g. the item must be in its original condition and returned within a certain timeframe). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that return shipping for exchanges and non-defective items is for the client’s account.
Refunds on Uncollected Pudo Parcels
Please note that you will be charged a return fee equal to the original shipping fee, which will be deducted from any refundable amount should you request a refund instead. Refunds can only be processed once the parcel is back in our possession. All other fees also apply
